Pour soutenir sa croissance, Airbnb pourrait \u00eatre amen\u00e9e \u00e0 augmenter l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ses tarifs. Compar\u00e9s \u00e0 d&#039;autres plateformes, les tarifs d&#039;Airbnb restent relativement mod\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00a0: entre 15,51\u00a0TP3T et 19,51\u00a0TP3T par r\u00e9servation, ce qui est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de Vrbo (151\u00a0TP3T) mais comparable \u00e0 celui de Booking.com (181\u00a0TP3T).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les h\u00f4tes qui n&#039;utilisent pas de logiciel de gestion immobili\u00e8re, l&#039;augmentation des frais de service sera plus sensible. Cela les obligera probablement \u00e0 revoir leur strat\u00e9gie tarifaire.
