Hostex is a closely integrated partner of Trip.com, facilitating real-time synchronization of calendars, reservations, and prices through API integration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to integrate a Trip.com account?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Activate the connection on the Trip.com EBK.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Log in to\u00a0Trip.com eBooking<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to Rates & Availability<\/strong> and select Connectivity Settings<\/strong> from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Search (at least 3 characters) in the search box and choose your connectivity provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Review the features supported by your selected connectivity provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click on Connect<\/strong> to confirm and initiate the connection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Then your connection with Hostex has been activated on the Trip.com side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Connect your Trip.com account on Hostex.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to the Connected Accounts<\/a><\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click the \uff0b<\/strong> button to Connect an account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Link your Trip.com listings to properties<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click on the Link my listings<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select the property or room type you want to link on the left.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click on the Link<\/strong> button on the right side.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        When you connect your Trip.com account with Hostex, all rate plans for a listing are loaded into Hostex, and you must link all these rate plans to the relevant property or room type on Hostex.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

        Why Is My Trip.com Calendar Blocked After Connecting to Hostex?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Once your Trip.com accounts are connected to Hostex, which is an official connectivity partner of Trip.com, you can only manage your calendar & rates in Hostex,<\/strong> and it will be much easier than that in Trip.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        And, whenever a Trip.com listing is connected with Hostex, the previously set prices and availability will be reset to 0 by default, and your Trip.com calendar will be disabled to prevent operation conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        How to make a Trip.com listing bookable?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        To do this, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Get to the Price<\/strong> calendar<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Click on any date of a listing\u2019s Rate Plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Select the dates that you would like to be available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Set a price for those dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Save<\/strong> your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Things to keep in mind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. If your Trip.com listing has several price plans that rely on the Standard Rate Plan, then you only need to set the price of the Standard Rate Plan<\/strong>, and the other rate plans will automatically change based on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2. You only need to set the price properly and no need to change the availability manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
