When you are unable to link a channel account to Hostex, an error message will be displayed. Please follow the instructions provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are several possible reasons for this situation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Account ID or password is wrong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please retry the linkage process and ensure that you enter the correct account number and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have forgotten your password, please visit the channel website to retrieve it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The account has been connected to another Hostex account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this case, you need to log in to the other Hostex account and delete the channel account from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. The account has been connected to another PMS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each channel account can only be authorized with one PMS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If there is no response or if you are redirected to the channel’s homepage when attempting to authorize your account, it means your account has already been authorized with another PMS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In such cases, you need to unauthorize or remove the account from the channel’s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Airbnb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on your avatar on the Airbnb website.<\/li>
  2. Go to “Account” from the dropdown menu.<\/li>
  3. Click on “Privacy & sharing” in the Account settings.<\/li>
  4. Navigate to the “Services” section.<\/li>
  5. Look for the old PMS authorization and select the option to “Remove access.”<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    4. Exceeds the system limitation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The number of channel accounts that can be added depends on the number of properties you have created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Assuming the number of your properties is X, the following limitations apply:<\/p>

    1. When X \u2264 50, the number of channel accounts is limited to 100.<\/p>

    2. When 50 < X \u2264 100, the number of channel accounts is limited to 2X.<\/p>

    3. When X > 100, the number of channel accounts can be increased by 15 for every 10 additional properties.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
