Once a guest sends you an inquiry, you can respond with a tailored special offer to meet their needs. This feature allows you to adjust your pricing or suggest alternate dates or properties, giving you flexibility in securing bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to send a special offer:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to your Hostex Inbox<\/strong> and open the relevant conversation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Send a Special Offer<\/strong> on the right side of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose the property and specify the check-in and check-out dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter the custom price you’d like to offer (including all fees).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Send<\/strong> to send the special offer to the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    How to modify or withdraw an offer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Currently, Airbnb does not allow you to directly modify a special offer once it has been sent. If you need to make changes, you will have to withdraw the existing offer and send a new one. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open the relevant conversation in your Hostex Inbox<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the Withdraw<\/strong> option next to the special offer you sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. After withdrawing the previous offer, follow the same steps above to send a new special offer with your updated terms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
