- Enter the guest name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enter the number of guests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
For multi-room reservations, all selected rooms share the same dates and guest information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enter the Payout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
In the
Payout<\/code> section, enter the total reservation amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n- \n
Accommodation<\/code> is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Optional fees can be added as needed, such as cleaning fee, extra guest fee, pet fee, or commission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Net<\/code> is calculated automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nFor 2 or 3 rooms, enter the total amount and Hostex splits it evenly across rooms. For 4 or more rooms, the room selector is collapsed into a summary such as
5 rooms selected<\/code> to keep the drawer compact.<\/p>\n\n\n\nChoose Payment Handling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
If
Net<\/code> is greater than zero, choose how to handle payment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n- \n
Payment received<\/code>: Hostex records an income transaction for the amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\nPayment not received<\/code>: Hostex creates no financial record by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\nCreate a charge to collect later<\/code>: available underPayment not received<\/code>. After the reservation is created, Hostex opens theAdd charge<\/code> modal with default values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nWhen

Manual reservations allow inline payout editing from the reservation detail page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
