The integration with PriceLabs<\/a>, a dynamic pricing software, allows you to apply suggested pricing strategies and minimum stay rules across all the connected channels: Airbnb, Agoda, Vrbo, and Booking.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PriceLabs is perfect for managing vacation and short-term rentals\u2019 prices and availability, based on data-driven insight, automation rules, and customization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> To complete the integration, you need a working PriceLabs<\/a> account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Connecting Hostex to PriceLabs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to PriceLabs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click “Add your listings”<\/strong> in the dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the popup, select “Hostex”<\/strong> and check “Allow Hostex to add listings to your PriceLabs account”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Save<\/strong>.

    Step 2: Enabling Integration in Hostex<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to your Hostex account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Navigate to WorkPlace<\/strong> \u2192 Integrations \u2192 PriceLabs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click to get started and enter your PriceLabs account credentials<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Selecting Listings for Sync from Hostex<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. In Hostex<\/strong>, click “Add Listings”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select the listings<\/strong> you want to manage with PriceLabs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Important Reminder:<\/strong> PriceLabs requires your property’s specific location to provide you with accurate smart pricing. Therefore, before adding your Hostex listing to PriceLabs, please ensure that you have set the exact address for the property in Hostex Check-in Guide settings<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

        Step 4: Reviewing & Syncing Prices in PriceLabs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go back to PriceLabs Pricing Dashboard<\/strong><\/a> and click “Review Prices”<\/strong> for a listing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Follow the Getting Started<\/strong><\/a> guide to set up your listings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Review your pricing and settings in PriceLabs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Enable Sync Prices<\/strong> for automatic updates, or click “Sync Now<\/strong>” to push updates immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Step 5: Finalizing Sync in Hostex<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Return to Hostex<\/strong> and click “ReSync”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
