{"id":234,"date":"2022-11-18T00:22:03","date_gmt":"2022-11-18T08:22:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hostex.io\/help\/?p=234"},"modified":"2024-03-05T01:37:02","modified_gmt":"2024-03-05T09:37:02","slug":"restore-reservations-after-deleting-a-property","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hostex.io\/help\/restore-reservations-after-deleting-a-property\/","title":{"rendered":"How Do I Restore Reservations After Deleting A Property?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Once a property is deleted, reservations that previously belonged to this property will be affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>These reservations will no longer be displayed on the Calendar page.<\/li><li>These reservations will still be displayed on the Reservations page, but they will not belong to any particular room.<\/li><li>If you delete a property by mistake, you can manually change rooms to reallocate these reservations.<\/li><li>Deleting rooms will not affect revenue statistics.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If a property is deleted by mistake.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can re-allocate the reservation on the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hostex.io\/\" target=\"_blank\">hostex.io<\/a> website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <a href=\"https:\/\/hostex.slab.com\/posts\/what-is-a-property-pr3lcucc\">Create a new <\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hostex.io\/help\/property\/\" target=\"_blank\">property<\/a> and complete the linking of channel listings.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2.  Go to the Dashboard and click on <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hostex.io\/app\/reservations\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>View all reservation<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Before deleting, you need to move those reservations to other properties or to the reservation box. <\/p><p>\u2461 Please note that you should only delete a property if it is no longer under your management.
