Monitor your account’s health with real-time data directly from Airbnb. You can now access critical metrics without leaving Hostex, including:
- Performance Overview: Average ratings and 5-star review percentages.
- Rating Dimensions: Detailed scores for cleanliness, accuracy, and communication.
- Listing Issues: Real-time notifications regarding listing quality or host alerts.
2. Airbnb Opportunities
Maximize your booking potential with tailored suggestions. If Airbnb identifies areas for improvement—such as missing amenities or pricing adjustments—you will see a notification in your Connected Accounts. Simply click to view and implement these optimizations.
3. Direct Airbnb Cancellations
You can now process Airbnb cancellations directly within the Hostex Calendar or Reservations.
You can manage the entire cancellation process, including selecting the reason for cancellation, all within our interface.
Important: Please be mindful of Airbnb’s host-initiated cancellation policies regarding fees and search rankings.
4. Additional Channel Improvements
- Xiaozhu Auto-Accept: You can now enable automatic booking acceptance for your Xiaozhu listings to improve response times and conversion rates.
- Trip.com Currency Settings: We now support specific currency configurations for Trip.com listings, ensuring your pricing is accurate across different regions.
