We're excited to announce our new integration with Book With Haven, a direct booking platform for independent hospitality. Haven builds a branded booking site from the listings you already run in Hostex, so guests can find, reserve, and pay on your own site instead of a marketplace.
With this integration, your listings, prices, and availability sync with Haven, and every booking made on your Haven site is created in Hostex as a real reservation. Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com close the dates at once, with no iCal feed and no double bookings.
- Zero Commission: Haven takes no share of the stay and no share of extras. Only standard Stripe processing fees apply.
- Hostex Stays in Charge: Open and closed dates come from your Hostex property, nightly prices and minimum stays from its channel listing. Synced fields are locked in Haven, so one number has one owner.
- Two-Way Calendar: Blocks, prices, and minimum stays set in Haven are sent to Hostex and passed to every channel, and each channel keeps its own price ratio.
- Real Reservations, Not iCal: A Haven booking lands in Hostex under your chosen channel and payment method, complete with date changes, guest-count changes, and cancellations syncing both ways.
- One Inbox for Every Guest: Hostex conversations mirror into Haven, and your replies, guidebook messages, and Haven automations post back into the guest's Hostex conversation.
