这 月度报告 feature is designed specifically for vacation rental hosts and operators. This data report provides an overview of all properties, including key metrics such as occupancy rates and net profit.

In the Monthly Report, you can view a comprehensive overview of each property, including detailed breakdowns of every booking’s costs and all income and expense records.

Important Notes:

• 跨多个月的预订金额将根据各月份的住宿晚数比例分配来计算。
• Current month reports are not supported for generation (as reports are intended for end-of-month reconciliation).
• All monetary items in the report will be automatically converted to the currency you set in Hostex.
• You can export the report as a CSV file to your computer.
• Reports will not automatically update; they must be manually regenerated to reflect new data.
