How to Embed a Search Widget into My Website?

The ​Hostex Search Widget lets you embed an Airbnb-style search tool on your website, allowing guests to search your listings directly from your homepage.

Follow these steps to add the Hostex Search Widget to your website and connect it with your booking pages:

Step 1: Access your self-hosted booking site in Hostex

Step 2: Switch to the Search Widget section and follow the on-screen steps to embed the widget into your website.

Step 3: For each listing, enter the URL of the corresponding property page where bookings will take place.

Step 4: Pass search parameters to the booking widget (recommended)

• In the Design section, you can preview how the Search Widget looks on your selected theme. Customize it to match your website style before publishing.
