To help hosts monitor property performance and implement data-driven improvements, Hostex fully integrates Airbnb Quality and Opportunities features. These tools provide a clear overview of your operational health and actionable steps to boost your listing’s appeal.

1. Airbnb Quality Dashboard

The Quality Dashboard serves as your primary health check. It aggregates critical performance metrics across your entire account, allowing you to identify trends and address guest concerns promptly.

How to Access:

1. Navigate to the Connected Accounts section in Hostex.
2. Locate your connected Airbnb account.
3. Click the Quality Dashboard button on the right side of the account entry.

Available Insights:

• Overall Rating: View your account-wide average rating and 5-star percentage.
• Rating Dimensions: Breakdown of scores by category (Cleanliness, Accuracy, Communication, etc.).
• Listing Issues & Notifications: View the latest listing-specific issues and quality alerts sent by Airbnb.
• Host Notifications: Stay updated on administrative or policy-related alerts.
• Cancellation Rate: Monitor your host-initiated cancellation frequency to protect your search ranking.

2. Airbnb Opportunities

The Opportunities feature acts as a personalized optimization guide. If Airbnb identifies specific areas where your listing could perform better—such as missing amenities or pricing suggestions—these will be flagged directly in Hostex.

How to Access:

1. Go to the Connected Accounts page.
2. If your listings have pending improvements, a button labeled [x] opportunities will appear next to your Airbnb account.
3. Click the button to view a comprehensive list of suggested optimizations.

Actioning Improvements:

Review each suggestion provided in the list. Follow the on-screen prompts to update your listing details or settings. Once updated, these improvements help increase your listing’s competitiveness and booking potential.
