Why is my Channel Account disconnected?
There are several possible reasons for a channel account being disconnected:
- The authorization for the channel account has expired.
- Changing the account information or password on the channel website.
- The authorization for Hostex has been removed on the channel website.
- The channel has made changes to its privacy protection policies.
How to reconnect the channel account?
When a channel account is disconnected, please go to Connected Accounts to re-connect it.
