Hostex Usage Limits

To help maintain system stability and performance, please keep the following limits in mind when using Hostex:

① Listings linked to a property: Up to 30 listings can be linked to a single property.

② Listings linked to a room type: Up to 50 listings can be linked to a single room type.

③ Average number of linked listings: The average number of listings linked to a property or room type should not exceed 12.

④ Channel accounts: The number of channel accounts you can add depends on the number of properties in your Hostex account. If you have N properties:

• N ≤ 50: You can add up to 100 channel accounts.
• 50 < N ≤ 100: You can add up to 2 × N channel accounts.
• N > 100: Your channel account limit increases by 15 for every additional 10 properties.

Examples:

• If you have 10 properties, you can add up to 100 channel accounts.
• If you have 120 properties, your limit is 130 channel accounts: 100 accounts for the first 100 properties, plus 15 accounts for each additional 10 properties.
