A channel manager is an essential online tool for vacation rental property managers and Airbnb hosts.
Hostex supports integration with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com, Houfy, and Google Vacation Rentals.
With this feature, you have much better control over properties listed on multiple vacation rental websites since you can easily manage them from one spot.
Why Use Channel Manager?
- Multi-channel synchronization: Hostex integrates listings from multiple vacation rental channels into one calendar, eliminating the need to switch between multiple platforms.
- Synchronized availability and pricing: Manage the availability, pricing, and minimum stay requirements across all channels in one calendar.
- Synchronized bookings: View all bookings from various channels in one calendar. If a property is booked on one channel, the corresponding dates on other channels will be immediately blocked.
- Synchronized messaging: Guest messages from different platforms will be displayed in Hostex, and you can also set up automatic messaging to guests on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and booking.com.
如何将频道账户连接至 Hostex？
You can go to the 关联账户 on Hostex APP, and click the ＋ button to connect an account of the platform you choose.
If you are using the web version of Hostex, please click the Connect an Account button in the 关联账户.
如何将列表链接到 Hostex？
链接列表之前有两个先决条件：
- 已在 Hostex 中创建属性或房间类型。（如果没有，请先单击此处。)
- 已将频道账号连接至 Hostex。(如果没有，请先点击此处.)
您应该将这些单独的列表链接到您创建的 Hostex 的属性，
以及房间类型的多库存列表。
链接列表步骤：
- 1. 前往 关联账户 在仪表板上。
- 2. 点击 链接我的列表.
- 3. 在左侧选择您想要链接的酒店或房型。
- 4. 点击 关联 按钮。
