How to connect to Localbird?

Localbird is a digital concierge service built to help property managers deliver exceptional hospitality while generating new revenue.

Through our integration with Hostex, Localbird automatically includes personalized experience links in guest communications such as pre-arrival and welcome messages. Guests can instantly book vetted services – from airport transfers and private chefs to local tours and wellness experiences, all located near their rental.

Localbird manages every part of the process, including vendor curation, quality control, and payments. Property managers earn commission on each booking while offering guests a seamless, premium in-stay experience that strengthens satisfaction and loyalty.

Get started on Hostex

  1. Go to Workplace.
  2. Click on Localbird.
  3. You will be redirected to Localbird’s page, where you will sign up or log in and complete the connection.

Or initiate the connection from Localbird

  1. Go to Start by connecting your PMS.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Select Hostex.
  4. Click Connect your PMS.
  5. You will be redirected to the Hostex login to provide your credentials and authorize the connection.
  6. After clicking on Authorize, you will be redirected back to Localbird.
