How to connect to Touch Stay?

Touch Stay’s digital guidebooks make guest communication seamless, cutting down repetitive questions and earning more 5-star reviews. Built-in upsells let hotels automate offers like upgrades, early check-in, or late checkout to increase guest spend and generate new revenue streams effortlessly.

Connect your Touch Stay and Hostex accounts to import Hostex properties & booking data into your guides and make it easier to share guides with your guests.

Get started on Hostex:

1. Go to Workplace.
2. Click Touch Stay.
3. You’ll be redirected to Touch Stay, where you’ll sign up or sign in and connect your Hostex account.

Or, initiate the connection on Touch Stay:

1. Log in to your account at hub.touchstay.com
2. Go to Integrations > Partners > and click ‘Connect’ under Hostex
3. You will be redirected to the Hostex login to provide your credentials and authorize the connection.
4. After clicking on Authorize, you will be redirected back to Touch Stay.
